Due to the inherent physical and chemical properties of ozone, the preparation, storage and transportation of standard ozone gas cannot adopt the conventional methods used for other standard gas substances. The "on-site preparation and immediate use" method is mandatory for standard ozone gas, which increases the difficulty in its preparation and storage. The HR-OSS-500 Ozone Standard Generator addresses this challenge effectively by utilizing high-precision mass flow meters for accurate gas ratio control and advanced PID algorithms. It allows users to set any concentration within the range of 1-500 PPM, featuring large output flow, rapid response, excellent stability and repeatability. The generator delivers accurate and stable standard ozone gas, with overall performance reaching an internationally advanced level. It is widely applicable for the verification, calibration and testing of ozone analytical instruments.
