UVO-560 High Concentration Ozone Analyzer is an instrument based on the Lambert-Beer's law to calculate the ozone concentration value by measuring the change of optical signal intensity before and after the absorption of ultraviolet light by ozone. The instrument uses an advanced dual-channel ultraviolet light source (UV 254 nm) with an intelligent management system of the lamp, which enables the UV lamp to reach the measuring state quickly after startup. UVO-560 High Concentration Ozone Analyzer has gas filter, regulating valve, flow meter and ozone exhaust gas processor, with no leakage, high pressure resistance, easy cleaning, easy maintenance, simple operation and other characteristics.

1. Since high concentration ozone is a highly toxic gas, appropriate safety devices should be used
2. Do not use the instrument in an oxygen-rich environment
3. Please disconnect the power supply before opening the cabinet door of device
4. Before opening the gas filter, make sure the tube is no ozone in overpressure condition
5. If the ozone generator feed gas contains nitrogen, please connect the gas line to the outlet of the ozone tail gas processor to vent the exhaust gas. Because corrosive nitric acid will be formed when exhaust gas comes into contact with humid ambient air
