HR-L8013 Particulate Filtration Efficiency Tester is our newly developed automatic filter testing device. It is suitable for the efficiency and resistance test of 0.1%-99.99% filter material. The structure of device is designed compactly and lightweight. HR-L8013 Particulate Filtration Efficiency Tester only needs power supply and compressed air (no water, no oil) for running，which is widely used in laboratory, factory, etc. 

   Main Features:

1. Auto calculation Fabric air resistance and Textile air resistance. 

 2. Two remote Airborne particle counters are used simultaneously to detect the Aerosol concentration upstream and downstream, and make sure the sampling datas are authenticity and accuracy.

3. Atomizer is imported from Korea ART+ company, stable concentration, stainless steel anti-corrosion material.

4. 10 inch color touch screen, easy-to-use.

5. High-quality blower, auto-control flow rate.

6. It support remote maintenance, The system automatically calculates the test results and printout the test result.

Main Parts:

1. Atomizer

It is used for the test which need high concentrations of aerosols. It used 0.3um PLS standard particles. More than 70% particles , the size of it ≥0.3um, and it can generate steady and sustainable particles.

2. Airborne Particle Counter

It is used for test particle concentration up and down the test material. And get the test result.

3. Differential pressure sensor

It is used for test differential pressure (resistance) for material in test flow rate.

4. AL Fixture

It is used for press and seal the test material.

5. High-quality blower

Mainly used to provide test flow of test material, auto-control flow rate.

6. Electrostatic neutralizer

Remove charge in Nacl particles and make the test result more accurate.
